Peace at any price, or a soul that loves war with another - both are crippling in service to The King. Soldier, make sure you have enough backbone to do the right thing no matter what is said about you. But at the same time, be sure you are a peacemaker. This means you do not carry tales about others, and it means you are quick to withdraw in silence when self-defense might feel good, but would inflame the situation. It means you never fill in the blanks, when you do not have actual knowledge of motives or actions. Yet, you must press into the most daunting barriers when it seems impossible and unpopular. The vision for this comes in prayer. No looking back.
