Is it really possible to glory in your infirmities?
Can one actually take pleasure in persecutions, famines, illness,
misunderstandings, and other features of a fallen world?
Paul says yes.
There is not one thing the Lord has held up to encourage you that is over your
head. It only feels that way because yielding in those areas takes a commitment of
faith, and the flesh fights it like mad.
Soldier of the Cross, stop allowing the enemy to wave a list of unresolved issues
in front of you.
Determine to find contentment in the moment.
Isn't it fascinating that our lives are made up of moments? And when we stand
before Him, we will account for our passivity or we will be rewarded for our faith.
There is nothing between.
