Being gracious and obedient 
with your mouth does not take more effort than giving in to habit.

It is 
simply a matter of agreeing with God.
By the time we reach adulthood, there 
is usually lumbering flesh that resists the delicate moving of the Spirit. 
God's 
word does not offer compromise, nor does it indulge us the lingering behind the 
flesh so craves - we are commanded to yield and to do it immediately.
Soldier 
of the Cross, if we understood how critical each moment is, we would simply change 
posture and we would set the sail of the soul into the precious wind of the Holy 
Spirit.
