     What is the litmus test of a Christian's consecration? 
     It is the way he words things when he is in prayer - private prayer.
     Soldier of The Cross,  when we come before the Lord , we stand before One
who already knows our weaknesses.  He knows our sticky clingings, and He 
knows our dreads.
     Yes, He already has the solution at hand, but He has set up the Universe so that 
it is by prayer that He rescues,  It is by prayer that He defeats.  It is by prayer that
He empowers.  And it is by prayer that He transforms.
     You must pray outloud.  You must choose your words carefully.  You must
take a physical posture you can maintain for a while.
     Soldier, there is no turning back.  Press into the only opening for Life - prayer.
