     The assault is daily.
     We are taught that we must not let down our guard,
and that there is one who seeks to devour us.
     Can we ever be free?  Of course.
     But we are never exempt from attack.  The 
deliverance lies in obedience - obedience that builds 
up a stable resistance to the enemy.
     Soldier, we don't live looking for the enemy.  We 
live looking for Jesus.
     But we live trying every spirit, and refusing to 
dance when there is shooting at our feet.
     We drink from our hands while looking about.
     And, when the battle's over, we will wear a crown!
