     You are not supposed to feel spiritual. 
     You are not even supposed to feel victorious.
     You are only asked to obey God's Word in the next step you take.
Then the next, and then the next.
     Do not buy into the whisperings of the enemy that you lack 
the motivation you need to feel ready to serve.
     If you feel spiritual, if you feel victorious, and if you feel prepared,
heaven help you, for you are deceived and your eyes are off the Lord.
     Soldier of the Cross, you are prepared when you lift up clean hands that
are empty.  You are victorious when you obey, even if you are clawing
your way through the hot sand.
     You are prepared when you have no way through and you must wait 
on Him.     
     Soldier of the Cross, remember you do not belong to yourself any more.
