     Most Christians are far too liberal and children today do not benefit from
restrictions imposed in previous generations.
     Yes, many still have rules and lots of don'ts, but young people today live in a 
manner that ought not to be allowed in a believing home.
     Sift carefully through what your children watch on television.  It is almost 
impossible to avoid things that are sexual unless you go to the extreme and plan
all television watching carefully.
     Children should be taught modesty long before they have anything to show off!
It is difficult for a preteen who has worn skimpy bathing suits as a little girl to 
suddenly make a switch just because she has reached puberty.
    Children ought to have clean language - really clean. There should be no use of 
"Oh, my God! Or "darn it! Or Gee!  All those words and expressions have meaning
and are not for the tongue that has been committed to holiness.
    Soldier of the Cross,  do not train your children to love the world.
    Prepare them for heaven.
