     The flesh longs to be in control, to be right, to be favored, and to know the
future.
     The indwelling Holy Spirit makes it possible for all believers to deny the
flesh, and choose the things that are eternal.
     Soldier of the Cross, you must meditate on this:  where is your treasure?
     The location of your treasure can be easily found.  What is it that upsets you
the most easily?
     Is it being misunderstood?
     Financial issues?
     Illness?  Children?
     Appearance?
     Success?
     Where are you easily reached?
     We who are the Lord's need to make sure we have our eyes on eternal 
investment.  Our concerns must be rooted in the Word.  This means that His
likeness in us must take predominance.  What He says.  What He wants.  His
Presence.
     Are you easily moved by the Spirit?  Do you plead for the lost?
     Take inventory.
     Yield anew.
     Move on.
