What do you fear tonight? Being alone? Failure? Criticism? Even Christians fear death, because it is unknown. Soldier of The Cross, it is normal to fear certain things. If we knew no fear, there would be no opportunity to get to know Him in that weakness. To be morbidly obsessed about something is a sign that something is wrong. But to move forward obediently in spite of fear is the way to conquer it. After all, what does the first chapter of Joshua say? Fear has to be addressed. We tell the Lord about it, and then we press into the battle. He will take care of the frailty by revealing His Sovereignty. Soldier, He is not looking for perfect Christians. He is looking for humble, available ones. | |
