| Remember, you must finish your course with joy.
We have a sovereign God. When things happen that are normally deemed to
be unpleasant, take hold of Philippians 4. You can control your own attitude
about circumstances, and the Bible says you must do so.
Your thoughts and your words about the unexpected are revealing. If you
are weak enough to sag into negative speech about added duties, interrupted plans
or unfairness, you hold a blow torch into the face of joy.
A poor attitude allows the enemy free access into to soul. He can flood you
with frustration, and then the Holy Spirit is quenched. No ministry can happen
when the Soldier is frustrated.
In the Kingdom of Heaven, there is no "big" or "little."
Soldier of the Cross, allow the Lord to bring you a vision of Christian
behavior, Christian speech, and Christian attitude.
Ask him for it - outloud. |
