Rebellion is easy to spot.

There is always an attitude of condescension toward leadership, and the problem is always compounded by a lack of devotional relationship with the Lord.

When you encounter this situation, you must pray it through, refuse to be offended, and take the Epistle to Titus seriously.

If there is a spirit of division, you must back off, obey Paul's instructions, and let the Lord deal with the situation.

Your job is to know the Lord, to lay your life down for the Brethren, and to love the unlovely.
